Beyond the sessions covered, we'll have dedicated time for breakout sessions and Q&A with all speakers.
After classroom sessions are completed on the second day, we'll head over to the Pure Salt Interiors Shoppe & Studio in Newport Beach for a casual private gathering where you'll be able to explore the firm's beautiful shop/studio, sip on cocktails, and learn about their trade program. Afterward, you'll have the opportunity to head to dinner with new workshop friends (there is no formally hosted group dinner on evening two).

We’ll put it to you this way—our speakers are actually excited to learn from one another at this workshop! They each approach their business models slightly differently and have various strengths they will be touching on. While we will be covering a lot of basics on getting a design business up and running, and further growing your entrepreneurial game, this experience is so much more than that. It’s an opportunity to learn different processes, next level ideas and creative ways to approach your business goals. Yes absolutely! We have a 5-month installment payment plan option available for our Fall 2022 event. The payment plan option is $790 per month for five months during early bird enrollment—this is a more accessible option for those who wish to pay over time. You will be charged the first installment when you signup and the remaining installments each month until your payment plan is complete.

There's no denying the design industry is full of educational resources and tools—from design markets to online courses and more. It's important to embrace all of those resources, but we saw a gap in the fusion of learning & connecting, in-person. Our workshop may only be a few days, but those three days can change SO much. We specifically designed a boutique-style event with luxe touches because we believe this is a moment to be celebrated. Investing in yourself and your business is a huge step and one that we don't take lightly. Our speakers and industry experts have all been hand-picked for their incredible ability to thoughtfully share their experiences with you, candidly—and, give you actionable steps.
We get it! If an in-person workshop isn't in the cards for you right now, we completely understand. We currently do not offer online courses, but hope to in the future. We decided to start our educational offerings in the form of in-person workshops because we've seen first-hand how face-to-face events have truly been catalysts for business owners. As mentioned, many of us have attended or spoken at other events and we can say with confidence that nothing is comparable to the real conversations you will have, the laughter, the tears, and the openness of your fears, struggles, goals and achievements with your fellow entrepreneurs and mentors.
Yay! We can't wait to meet you! We recommend staying at Lido House Hotel, which is where our classroom sessions are held. We will be getting a room block with a discounted rate for Lido House 60-90 days prior to the event and will send this info to all attendees when available. Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis and discounted rates are not guaranteed.

To make our event as safe as possible and minimize the spread of COVID-19, we'll be implementing the following practices in guidance with Lido House.
+ Classroom seating will be social distanced only if required by hotel
+ Masks practices will follow city and venue guidelines at the time of event
+ We'll be updating best practices for masking as we near the event and receive new information from the county and Lido House
+ Meals will be outdoor dining on beautiful Lido Lawn (weather permitting)
+ Food will be both on individually plated meals and buffet style, unless guidelines change
+ All Lido House staff have been vaccinated
+ A hand sanitizer station will be available
+ Please bring your own masks as they will not be provided
+ For those guests staying at Lido House, Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door are available via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app
